The meeting commenced with Tony Farrell updating on the website and it seems that Shahid is looking for 3 volunteers to maintain it.

He will give any training required  even if it means visiting people’s homes. He would ideally like to do this in the next two weeks.  It might be useful if Shahid provided a “crib sheet “ for all clubs .
 
The names suggested are Packie Baker if he has the time and if not someone else  to be nominated in his place, Tony Farrell, and Pat Brusnahan. These three would have ultimate responsibility for the site .  All clubs will have the facility to click on a link currently available to load their information if not already done. Basically we can have many people accessing this but it was agreed to keep it to the nominated three for the time being.

If any club has anything to load e.g. events  then they need to contact any of above .

Sam Mc Ewan to contact Packie Baker to see if he still has time to  be secretary or if he needs time out in which case we will need to appoint an acting secretary. Phillip Parsons from the  Edge of Town CSC has indicated he may be available.

There is a total lack of commitment and this needs to be improved if the Association is to be a success. It was suggested that clubs try and get two people to come long to meetings or at least one and to also contact a member of the committee if you are unable to attend.

It is imperative the following information is included on the site and the web updated regularly .

• The Committee Members
• Member Clubs ( It is the responsibility of each club to load their information by clicking on the link set up by Shahid ).
• Minutes of meetings
• Clubs not attending regularly should be encouraged to join.
• Meetings held on the 2nd Monday of every month
• Updated fixture list.

We should make it known to our members that “The Roadshow “ is not exclusively linked to “Celtic”  as he has been known to offer the same for Ranger’s supporters Clubs.

The N. W. London CSC have guaranteed representatives from at least three other CSC’s will be in attendance at the next meeting .

Above meeting will be held on the 12th September 2005 at 7.30 pm in The Cock Tavern Euston. It would be nice to see an improved attendance from all CSC’s

Communication is a problem as it seems not every club is on the mailing list so this needs to be updated. If you change address/e mail  then you need to notify the secretary or Tony Farrell or Tony Byrne so you get a copy of the minutes. If you now of someone who should be on the list please let them know too.

Any item for the agenda for the next meeting to be with Tony Farrell by the 30th of August as he will be on holidays after this.

The committee will have a review after three months to see how things are progressing.
